wordpress blog platform Today,when I have rebuilded my blog by wordpress 2.6.2, I found that the XML-RPC was disabled by default .  It means that you couldn’t use windows live writer and zoundry blog writer or the other blog editers to publish posts.What do you think of that?

I know it is for security. Wordpress upgrades fast and becomes perfect. But I don’t agree to give up good function for security. So I just don’t like this one this time.

If you upgrade your wordpress to 2.6.2 from old versions, your XML-PRC is still abled by default. Now you can choose XML-PRC or not.

Windows Live Writer is a very good software of Microsoft,I think many people will agree with me.If you use it for long, you will fall in love with it. But now if wordpress let you give up the XML-RPC, you must be very mad, so wordpress is very clever, it gives you a chance.

Whatever, Clarky believe wordpress is still very well, and it will be even more perfect. I hope I don’t need move my blog to another platform.
